The water mist separation UV photolysis activated carbon integrated machine is a combined environmental protection equipment for treating waste gas containing water mist. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low operating cost, small equipment footprint, light weight, and no noise. A dynamic separator uses the principle of dynamics to separate water from gas. The anhydrous gas is then irradiated by a high-energy ultraviolet lamp, undergoes oxidation-reduction to purify pollutants, and finally achieves synergistic purification through the adsorption of activated carbon.

UV photolysis is the use of a specially designed high-energy and high ozone UV beam to decompose the emitted exhaust gas. It can effectively treat the molecular chain structure of waste gases such as hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptan, carbon disulfide, styrene, sulfide H2S, VOCs, etc., so that the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular weight waste gas compounds can be degraded and transformed into low molecular weight compounds such as carbon dioxide and water under high-energy UV beam irradiation, thereby achieving effective treatment.

The activated carbon used in the equipment is a type of microcrystalline carbon material mainly made of carbon containing materials, which has a black appearance, developed internal pore structure, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption capacity. There are numerous micropores in activated carbon materials that are not visible to the naked eye. It is precisely these highly developed pore structures, like human capillaries, that give activated carbon excellent adsorption performance.
